Buying open-box, without the guesswork
Everything we sell comes from overstock buyouts and retail returns. That's why the prices look the way they do — and why every listing gets an honest condition grade and a hands-on inspection before it goes live.
Condition grades
Factory sealed or never used, in original packaging.
Box was opened, but the item is unused or barely handled. All parts and accessories included unless noted in the listing.
Lightly used, customer return, or display model. No noticeable wear — inspected, tested, and fully working.
Used with minor cosmetic wear such as small scuffs or marks. Fully functional.
Visible wear or a missing non-essential accessory, priced accordingly. Fully functional.
Anything unusual — a missing accessory, a scuff, a repackaged box — is called out in the listing photos and description.
How “Make an Offer” works
- Tap Make an offer on any item and name your price.
- Strong offers are accepted instantly — you'll get a private checkout link on the spot (and by email).
- Other offers get a personal review, usually within a day. We may accept, decline, or counter.
- Accepted offers hold your price, not the item — it stays on sale until you complete checkout, so don't sleep on it.
What does “Coming Soon” mean?
Coming Soon items are pieces we're actively bidding on at auction — they aren't in our hands yet. You can call dibs two ways:
- Reserve it at the advertised price. No card, no charge — if we win the auction, we email you a private checkout link to complete the purchase.
- Make an offer to register your interest at your own price. If we win and accept your offer, you get the same checkout email.
If we don't win, we let you know and you owe nothing. Reserving early genuinely helps — knowing an item has a committed buyer lets us bid harder to win it.
Payment & getting your item
- Pay securely by card, Apple Pay, or PayPal at checkout.
- Shipping: flat fee per item, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Local pickup: free. After checkout we'll email you within one business day to arrange a convenient local pickup time and location.
- Local delivery: Local delivery is available in our immediate area. We'll contact you after checkout to schedule a drop-off.
